POLARIS

Polaris is a family of high-capacity distillation systems for the production of water for injection and highly purified water. Polaris offers a range of designs, both steam and electrically heated. These include single-effect distillers, multi-effect distillers, vapour compression distillers, clean steam generators, horizontal kettler steam generators and combi units for simultaneous water and steam production. Combine Polaris with our pre-treatment, reverse osmosis and continuous electrodeionisation (CEDI) packages for a complete high-purity water system: from raw water treatment all the way through to water for injection, including storage and distribution.

All Polaris solutions are designed in accordance with GAMP, cGMP, ISPE and FDA guidelines and meet the product quality specifications of all of the world's major pharmacopeia, including the USP and Ph Eur, giving you peace of mind and compliance assurance, wherever your facility is.

Polaris Water Distillation System Models 

The Polaris range of water distillation systems includes the following:

• Polaris CSG. Providing clean steam - on demand. A robust and reliable steam generation system that complies with all regulatory steam and distillate quality tests.
• Polaris MED. Can produce up to 10,000l/hour of WFI (water for injection) from a purified water feed.
• Polaris VCD. Capable of producing up to 25,000l/hour of WFI from a softened mains water feed.

All Polaris water distillation systems are backed by a comprehensive range of service maintenance and support packages from Veolia Water Technologies.
